Say what you do in the first screen
A visitor decides within seconds whether they are in the right place. The top of your page should say what you offer, who it is for and where you work, in plain words, without needing to scroll.
Give each page one next step
Every page should lead somewhere: book a call, request a quote, buy now. When there are six competing buttons, visitors pick none. Choose the action that matters most and make it the most visible thing on the page.
Show proof that you are real
Real customer names, short testimonials, photos of actual work and clear contact details build trust faster than any slogan. If you have results, state them with numbers.
Make getting in touch effortless
A short form, a phone number that opens the dialler and a reply within a day do more than a long questionnaire. Ask only for what you need to answer, and tell people what happens after they send it. These three links make it one tap on a phone to call, email or message you on WhatsApp.
Then check the whole thing on a phone, because that is where most of your visitors will first see it.
